There are two types of explosion-proof products, dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in IIA and IIB level T1 to T4 environments.

The explosion-proof control box shell is made of welded steel plates, cast aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel die-casting, and the surface is high-pressure electrostatic spray coated. The overall product generally adopts a composite structure composed of explosion-proof shell and increased safety shell.

Explosion proof components such as explosion-proof buttons, explosion-proof components, explosion-proof signal lights, explosion-proof conversion switches, explosion-proof instruments, as well as ordinary electrical components such as AC contactors, thermal relays, temperature controllers, and various functional modules can be installed inside the explosion-proof shell; The buttons, control switches, instruments, etc. inside the increased safety shell are all explosion-proof components.
